Solicitation Summary

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, November 21, 2025. Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, bids@annapolis.gov. Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of work includes, but is not li m it e d to, Task 1: installation of a timber ramp, floating dock, and aluminum gangway at the end of 6 ^th Street at Back Creek and Task 2: removal of existing boat launch and bollards, performance of site work, installation of a floating dock and kayak launch, and construction of a reinforced concrete boat ramp and imbricated rock walls.
