104th Steet Sidewalk Project - Edwardsville, KS

CITY OF EDWARDSVILLE, KANSAS

Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by the City of Edwardsville, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, at the Edwardsville City Hall, Edwardsville, Kansas, until the above time, at which time the bids received will be opened and publicly read for the “104TH STREET SIDEWALK” Project. This project includes all preparation and application work as outlined in these contract documents.

Bidders will be notified of the results within 14 days of the date set above for bids to be received. The Contract shall be awarded by the Governing Body of the City of Edwardsville at the sole and complete discretion of such Governing Body. The City of Edwardsville, Kansas, reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive technicalities.

Temporary Easements Documents are in the process of being completed and anticipated to be completed prior to Bid opening.
