Description
This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement of Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the US Army Reserves, 99TH Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Ft. Dix, MDL, NJ This solicitation will be for 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside. This award will be a single defintive firm fixed price contract. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to provide the Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in accordance with (IAW) the tasks as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 531390 ? Other Activities Related to Real Estate ? with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-26-R-A037. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 March 2026 via SAM at SAM.gov/. The official due date for all proposals will be stated in the official solicitation. The due date for any questions in regards to the solicitation shall be included in the ?Instruction to Offerors? section of the solicitation.Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.SAM.gov/, under the appropriate NAICS code, respond to the official solicitation no later than (NLT) the specified response date, and conform to all other submission requirements as described in the ?Instruction to Offerors? section and evaluation criteria.
