Bid Documents will be available on February 27, 2026 after 4:00 pm MST from the Town of Vail

SHAREFILE website. Access to SHAREFILE shall be gained only by emailing a request for

access to the Town of Vail to kimwhite@vail.gov with subject line “10th Mountain Landscape

Renewal”. Please provide name, company name, address, phone number, email address and trade

in the body of the email. Bidders must print their own copies.

Brief Description of Work

The work for this project is to install a 750 square foot stone patio and associated site work around

the 10th Mountain Division Statue located near the Vail Covered Bridge. The project requires

removal of existing flagstone, installation of natural stone paving, boulders, minor electrical work,

and landscape improvements including planting and irrigation. The bid includes an ad/alternative

concrete base slab.

Pre-Bid Meeting

There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project

Project Timeline

Bid Date: March 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM

Notice of Award: on or about April 8, 2026

Notice to Proceed: late April 2026

Site Work Mobilization: as early as April 24st, or as weather allows

Substantial Completion: June 3, 2026 preferred, June 19th optional

• No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening.

• The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject

nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
