- This solicitation is being revised to accommodate the alternative delivery method Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC). A proposer's team will need to plan on working closely with, and provide flexibility, collaboration, and responsiveness to, the CM/GC Contractor as part of their design work. The revised solicitation is expected in Spring 2025.
