This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for proposal (RFP), or request for quote (RFQ), and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotes to award multiple firm-fixed price Blank Purchase Agreements (BPA) for lodging services for members of the 187th Fighter Wing within a 25-mile radial circle of Montgomery, AL. The BPAs will be good for an ordering period of five years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110.
Specific Requirements:
The required services include, but are not limited to:
- Provision of lodging accommodations meeting the standards of the Statement of Work.
- Capacity to accommodate a specific number of members throughout each month.
- Compliance with all Federal, State, local, United States Air Force, and Air National Guard Regulations and requirements.

Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements and include:
