This Solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Concerns, in accordance with FAR 19.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement to provide construction services involving approximately 14,790 square feet on a partially occupied floor on the 7th Floor at the James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep United States Courthouse in San Diego, CA. The tenant improvement includes construction of four (4) new magistrate chamber suites and Clerk of the Court office space on the 7th Floor of the Courthouse.
This project will involve: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator programming, fire and life safety, data, audio and visual, and security systems; the highest quality interior finishes; and premium quality millwork. The work must be performed after hours with no disruption to the existing building tenants and operations.
