94th Civil Support Team CST FY 25 Konfitma and Training Proficiency Evaluation Guam Army National Guard

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YU-25-Q-A-028. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 (11 June 2025) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693 Revision 24.The Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) requires professional and technical support services needed to coordinate, execute, and evaluate a full scale, tiered response, Pacific based, weapons of mass destruction training exercise.

The 94th CST normally requires 2 annual large scale training exercises facilitated by HAZMAT certified technicians. This requirement serves as training and validation/certification of the team's capabilities and proficiency.
