13th Avenue Systems Design for RTD Grade Crossings

RTD is currently in the process of designing upgrades and Improvements to several grade crossings on 13 ^th Avenue-Denver, CO. The contractor will work closely with RTD Civil and Track to develop required design drawings and specifications per Statement of Work (SOW). RTD will design the Civil and Track portion of this project.

Per the RTD Procurement Standards Manual : Procurement of architect/engineer (A/E) services shall be accomplished utilizing a qualifications-based procurement (the “Brooks Bill”) method. This solicitation will be Qualifications Based. DO NOT INCLUDE COST when submitting your responses as you will be deemed non-responsive. After evaluation of responses from the evaluation team, we will identify the most qualified team to engage. We will request from most the most qualified team a quote and negotiate terms. If we cannot agree on cost and contract, we will move to next qualified firm to start negotiation process over. This process will repeat until we execute a contract with a qualified firm.
