10TH AVENUE SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Delano (“City”) is accepting sealed proposals (bids) in the City Clerk’s office at 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano, California 93215, up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on November 20, 2025.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid job walk/meeting scheduled on November 6, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano, CA, 93215.

General Description of Work: The work involves installation of approximately 642 LF of 8“ Sanitary Sewer Main on 10th Avenue. The project will require installation of two (2) new Sewer Manholes, laterals, and connection to the new sewer mains. The work will be within the street right of way which requires the removal of existing asphalt pavement, trenching, replacing pavement in kind and miscellaneous concrete work.

Estimated Project Cost Range: $ 625,000.00 to $ 650,000.00
