The bid package is available for review and download through https://stillwater.ionwave.net/login.aspx and https://stillwater.ionwave.net. A OPTIONAL pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 30 th , 2024 in Room 2073 of the Norman McNickle Municipal Complex, 723 S. Lewis Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma. For anyone that intends to submit a bid, but not attend this meeting, staff STRONGLY recommends a field visit to project location. A Zoom virtual meeting link will be offered via Ionwave to prospective bidders |
