The CDE is soliciting bids to provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and other work to provide large print conversion services of textbooks and other instructional materials, on an as-needed basis, for the California Department of Education (CDE), Curriculum Frameworks and Instructional Resources Division, Clearinghouse for Specialized Media & Technology Unit (CSMT), located at 1430 N Street, Suite 3207, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Bidders must provide a sample of textbook conversion that demonstrates competency in the provided specifications, using the CDE provided file. Bidders must request the file from the CDE by emailing the Contract Analyst, Siena Geach, at SGeach@cde.ca.gov by Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm PDT.
