The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this Request for Offers (solicitation) to solicit pricing from qualified vendors for a Software as a Service (SaaS) (as defined by NIST 800-145) for the TexasSure program as described in this solicitation. Please note that a Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on January 7, 2025.
