Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide two distinct but related services required by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). TxDOT may award these services as a combined contract to a single vendor or as separate contracts to multiple vendors, based on the best value and qualifications presented in response to this solicitation.
