Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to seek innovative solutions for an operational campus store that serves the TTU in-person and virtual communities by leasing space in the TTU Student Union Building (“SUB”) and supplying materials such as textbooks, course materials, promotional merchandise, sundry items, graduation regalia, computer hardware and software, and other innovative offerings (“Merchandise”).
