The Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conference is presented by TWC Child Care & Early Learning Division. The conference includes representatives from child care programs across the State who are certified by Texas Rising Star. The event historically, has hosted 900 attendees for a day and a half in a ballroom setting and breakout sessions.

2.2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS
2.2.1 Conferences Dates And Times -2026
TWC will only consider for award those responses that have the capability to hold the conference as a two-day conference with setup on a weekday, avoiding major holidays.
The Successful Respondent(s) must be able to provide one (1) or more of the date ranges below along with the required day and time patterns or alternate date ranges the venue may have available within the required day and time patterns. TWC prefers that Respondents provide dates and locations for 2026 only.
The preferred 2026 Months and Dates are as follows:

• May
• October
