This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L1-25-Q-1007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 dated September 30, 2024, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20241010.
United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals Services delivered to 6351 US 271, Powderly, Texas 75473 in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2.
