The Texas Army National Guard is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Catered Meal Services for the Mineral Wells Area with one or more vendors within a 30-mile driving distance to a Texas Army National Guard Armory or Training Site near the Mineral Wells, Texas zip code 76067 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 722320?Caterer applies to this solicitation with a small business size standard of $9M. Each awarded BPA will have up to a five-year Period of Performance (POP) with a minimum order value of $0.00 and up to a maximum capacity of $250,000.00.
