TexasA&M University hosts numerous summer camps annually, including but notlimited to athletics (e.g., tennis and swim), academic enrichment (e.g., STEMand Young Aggies Program), and other youth-focused programs. Camps are hostedby various departments and colleges across the University.
ThisInvitation for Bid seeks to establish agreements with a pool of qualifiedvendors to provide room and board accommodations for these camp programs.Vendors awarded under this agreement will be available for selection byindividual departments as needed. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee anyminimum level of usage or purchase.
