The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is soliciting proposals for a company or companies (also referred to as “PROVIDER” or “RESPONDENT”) to provide various vending and food services at Texas A&M-Fort Worth (A&M-Fort Worth).  The A&M System reserves the right to award to more than one RESPONDENT.

The A&M System and A&M-Fort Worth will host a pre-proposal conference for this RFP on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time.  Attendance is NOT mandatory at this conference however it is highly encouraged that all interested and potential RESPONDENTS attend. The conference will be held virtually.  Please send an email of interest to soprocurement@tamus.edu and meeting details will be shared once available.
