NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract TEST, REPAIR, AND RE-CERTIFY SAFETY RELIEF VALVES 26-032-FM on or before April 21, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County’s (“County”) Facilities Management Department is seeking a Bidder to provide testing, re-certification, and repair services for boiler safety valves at the County Power Plant located at 410 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
