The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, intends to award a contract for Test Range Services in Alaska on a sole source basis in accordance with (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) to Alaska Aerospace Corporation. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541715 - Research And Development In The Physical, Engineering, And Life Sciences (Except Nanotechnology And Biotechnology) with a size standard 1000 employees.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer in the form of a capability statement. Supporting evidence shall be in sufficient detail that demonstrates the ability to comply with the requirements listed and must be furnished to all points of contacts listed below by August 25, 2025 at 5:00 PM Central Time.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered, and phone calls will not be returned.
