Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Automotive Sales Bid Description: 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range VIN: 5YJ3E1EB4MF035677 *~23,500 miles *Serviced by Tesla in June 2025 *Winter tires currently on Tesla with Summer tires included NO MINIMUM BID but the Town of Richmond reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, or to select the bid to be in the best interest of the Town. The bidder assumes responsibility for the current condition of the Tesla AS IS ????A site visit will take place on August 18, 2025 at 1 PM Town of Richmond Town Offices 203 Bridge St Richmond, VT 05477 Contact Duncan Wardwell at (802) 336-2092 with any questions Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 1:00pm on August 28, 2025 in the Town Center Meeting Room 3rd Floor and via Zoom. ???????Payment must be received in full 3 business days after the bid is awarded. Payment in full means any checks presented for payment must clear. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the award will go to another bidder in the process, with the same 3 business day payment requirement. Successful bidder must remove Tesla from Town Offices parking lot no later than 2 weeks after the bid opening. If there are no bidders, the Town reserves the right to go back out for bids.
