participants develop workplace and occupation-related skills that align with local labour market needs, enabling them to secure and maintain employment. This project combines Transition to Employment Services and Workplace Training (WT) services to deliver short, targeted, participant-centered training that supports job seekers in reskilling or upskilling based on their individual employment goals. Proponents will ensure participants receive essential workplace preparation before moving into the services they need to obtain their individual employment goal.
