The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a base year with four (4) option years at Terminus Dam, Lake Kaweah for Janitorial Services.

Project Description: This requirement is for Office and Restroom Janitorial Services at the Park Headquarters, Kaweah Heritage Visitor Center and Horse Campground Fee Building at Terminus Dam/Lake Kaweah, Tulare County, CA.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code 561720 Janitorial Services. The size standard is $19,500,000. Product Service Code is S201 Housekeeping Custodial Janitorial.

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about February 21, 2023 with quotes due tentatively on March 23, 2023. The quote will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
