A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Terminal Building at Killeen Regional Airport, 8101 Clear Creek Road, Killeen, Texas 76549

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site ( https://procurement.opengov.com/login ), until 5:00 pm on Friday, May 9, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s/proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
