2026 Terminal 1 Inbound Roadway Median Improvements

Project Description: This project involves landscaping and signage upgrades along the Terminal 1 Inbound Roadway. Key activities include removing and replacing overhead static and variable message signs, removing retaining walls, clearing and grubbing trees, removing existing Terminal 1 Inbound Roadway monument, installing a hydrant, removing pavement, performing manhole adjustments, salvaging concrete barriers, repairing concrete walls, upgrading irrigation and lighting, installing new limestone and granite hardscape features, enhancing landscaping, and managing traffic control.
