Terminal Area Expansion - Module 1 Project

The project includes a base bid consisting of a proposed Airport Access Road and Hangar Access Road to provide vehicle access to a
future hangar development. The base bid generally consists of paving, grading, drainage, utility work, fencing, guardrail, erosion control,
and marking. The project also includes Additive Alternate Bids No. 1 & 2 which consist of a vehicle access road and asphalt and concrete
options for a new taxilane and taxilane connectors to a future hangar development. Additive Alternate Bids No. 1 & 2 generally consist of
paving, grading, drainage, electrical, erosion control, and marking.
