2024 - 2027 Term Contracts for Trades Re-bid

State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry will receive sealed Bids for our 2024-2027 Term Contracts for Trades Re-bid. These are three-year term contracts for time and material work and services for the following locations and trades categories:

• ESF Syracuse Campus, Heiberg Forest, Tully Forest and Lafayette Road Experiment Station (Onondaga County) : 1. Electrical, 2. Glass/Windows, 3. Data Cabling , 4. Concrete/Masonry, 5. General Contractor, 6. Locksmith, 7. Security/Access Control

• Thousand Islands Biological Station, Wanakena Campus (Ranger School), Cranberry Lake (Jefferson, St. Lawrence Counties): 8 . General Contractor

• Warrensburg/Huntington Forest (Newcomb) Campuses ( Essex, Warren, and Hamilton Counties): 9. General Contractor.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 1 p .m. on Thursday , November 21 , 2024 at SUNY ESF, Marshall Hall Room 24 , 1 Forestry Drive, Syracuse, NY 13210 at which time the University will consider questions on bidding. All bids will be received, opened, evaluated and awarded by the Division of Sustainable Facilities & Operations, Facilities Planning, Design and Construction Department. Bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday , December 3 , 2024 2:00 pm local time at SUNY ESF, Physical Plant Conference Room 209, 2 nd Floor, located at 307 Stadium Place, Syracuse, NY 13210. Sealed bids will be opened with the following information read aloud: names of the contractors, the trade category for which they are bidding, and the markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of

New York to encourage minority and women-owned business enterprise and service

disabled veteran owned business participation in this project by contractors,

subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are required to make a good faith

effort to meet diversity goals as follows: 30% MWBE, 6% SDVOB.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
