ADVERTISEMENT FOR TERM BIDS
SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Itawamba County, Mississippi, will at 9:00 A.M., on the 19th day of November, 2024, in the Board Room of the Itawamba County Courthouse (2nd floor), receive sealed or electronic bids and award contracts for one year, from the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, for furnishing materials and supplies to Itawamba County, Mississippi.

BIDS for the purchase of the following supplies and materials:
1.Washed road gravel
2.Plastic and metal culverts
3.Hot Mix and Cold Mix asphalt picked up and onsite mixing
4.Asphalt Emulsion CRS 2 and CRS 2P
5.Tack CSS-1
6.     Crushed limestone delivered with material cost
Crushed limestone picked up by us cost
Hauling cost
-must meet State Highway Department specifications.
(7) Reseal and Pave County Roads
(8) Slurry Seal
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
Any person submitting a bid shall specify that said bid does not exceed the price permitted by law.
Sealed bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Board or by electronic submission on or before said time above.
