Tent Rental and Related Equipment Services for the County of Mercer

The intent of this bid is to secure a qualified vendor to provide rental services for tents and all related equipment . The vendor will be responsible to furnish, install and takedown the tents upon notice from the County.

The tent rentals will be required as follows:

1. June 1,2025 through June 18,2025 ( Board of Elections )

2.October 26,2025 through November 24,2025 (Board of Elections)

3.July 22,2025 through July 28,2025 ( 4-H fair)
