Description:

The University at Buffalo (UB) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/contractors for a one-year Tent and event equipment Rental Contract for the 2025-2026 UB Bulls Football season.

The contractor must have at least 3 years of experience in tent and
equipment rental, set-up and removal.

The contractor must provide at least three (3) references of work performed
within the past three (3) years of similar size, scope and nature to the
University at Buffalo.

The contractor must carry and maintain the required insurance at all times.

The contractor must ensure they have adequate equipment to meet the
needs of the University at Buffalo as stated in the Invitation for Bid (IFB)
