Tent Bid for 2025 Archuleta County Fair

The Archuleta County Fair, 344 Hwy 84, Pagosa Springs, CO, needs the following number and sizes of tents for the 2025 County Fair.  The Fair dates are July 31 - August 3, 2025, but tents will need to be set up according to the dates below and based upon requested tent sizes.

Tents will need to be taken down and removed from the property starting August 4, 2025, and not later than August 7, 2025. (If additional time is needed to remove any tents, a request can be submitted to the Fair Coordinator.)

5 – 10 x 10 (July 28/29 and removed by August 7 ^th )

3 – 10 x 20 (July 28/29 and removed by August 7 ^th )

1 – 20 x 20 (July 28/29 and removed by August 7 ^th )

1 – 20 x 30 (July 28/29 and removed by August 7 ^th )

3 – 20 x 40 (July 28/29 and removed by August 7 ^th )

1 – 80 x 170 (Set up as early as July 25 and removed by August 7 ^th )

Must include sidewalls for all tents.

Must provide all the labor necessary to set up and take down tents.

Must provide proof of insurance.

Must provide Certificate of Fire Code Inspection

If tent stakes are in asphalt areas, all holes must be filled properly per the Archuleta County Maintenance Department’s requirements.
