Description

Tension Fabric Structure Installation - RFP No. 25-557-01

EBMUD is soliciting proposals for the installation of a approximately 40' x 50' tension fabric structure which will be used to house equipment. This contract includes but not limited to: unloading the structure materials delivered to the site, grading and leveling the area of the structure footprint, furnishing and installing class II ABC material in the area of the structure footprint, installing furnished earth anchors, supporting the rollup door installation, and testing the structure lighting and rollup door.

Submit proposals electronically to Elaine Horng at elaine.horng@ebmud.com by 4:00 p.m. PST, Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Hardcopy proposals will not be accepted.

Optional Site Walk: 8 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, EBMUD Operations Building, 2201 Larkely Ln., Walnut Creek, CA 94597. Email Elaine Horng at elaine.horng@ebmud.com to confirm attendance for optional site walk by 5 p.m., September 9.
