Overview

Summary

The COUNTY is seeking to contract with individuals, groups or businesses, hereinafter referred to as “TENNIS PROFESSIONAL,” to grant mutual rights to organize and operate tennis programs at specified COUNTY owned and/or leased tennis facilities. This RFP shall be for executing a Tennis Contractual Service Agreement with the COUNTY to provide tennis programs in accordance with the requirements specified herein beginning March 1, 2026. The Tennis Contractual Service Agreement with the COUNTY will be for two years with an option to renew for two additional two year terms.
