Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 and from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors”). The Offeror shall provide the Cincinnati Recreation Commission with expertise in large multi-surface tennis and pickleball operations and shall work in concert with all Cincinnati Recreation Commission staff to achieve program goals.
