The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the replacement of the Tennis Court lighting fixtures located at the Kanawha City Recreation Center, 3511 Venable Ave., Charleston, WV 25304. Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 3511 Venable Ave, Charleston WV, 25304, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 10:00 am. Addendum 1 is issued to attach pre-bid sign-in sheet, attach vendor questions and City responses, modify bid opening date from Tuesday, July 8, 2025 to Friday, July 11, 2025 at 2pm and modify specifications to include NCAA Best Lighting Practices: Tennis for Standard Intercollegiate Play as a recommended guide. |
