Tennis Complex

SBC# 364/011-xx-2026

Construct a facility that will include a minimum of twelve tennis courts and four
sand volleyball courts complete with related amenities. Amenities will include seating,
lighting, restrooms, clubhouse, scoreboard, and related work.  The facility will be
located near the corner of W. 12th Street and Pine Avenue, north of the Athletic Performance
Center.   TTU estimates six months for design and sixteen month for construction.
Design firms submitting a letter of interest on this project are encouraged to comment
whether or not this schedule seems appropriate for the project scope.

TTU anticipates the designer appointment will be announced at the March 2026 Executive
Sub Committee meeting.
