Proposals may be upon form provided or on contractors proposal form. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed, marked "2026 Kilkenny Park Tennis/Basketball Court Rehabilitation Project" with the name and address of the bidder. Proposals shall be delivered to:

The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All proposals shall be on a lump sum basis. A 5% bid bond is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
