Tenfold Transitional Living Center Renovation Rebid
Sealed bids will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Tenfold, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 AM, Monday, April 7, 2025. The project generally includes additions and renovations to an existing six-story wood and steel framing building located in the City of Lancaster with the following contracts:
Contract No. 2 – Mechanical Construction
Contract No. 3 – Electrical Construction
Contract No. 4 – Plumbing Construction
Please note that this rebid does not include Contract No. 1 – General Construction or Contract No. 5 – Fire Installation.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for the Tenfold Transitional Living Center Renovation are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
NOTE: The Board of Tenfold have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Tenfold.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Tenfold in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
A pre-bid conference will not be held. Alternatively, the site will be made available for scheduled tours. Interested bidders will be contacted via PennBid with available days and times.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is three hundred (300) calendar days.
Tenfold reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
