Tenders for the building renovations for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Saskatoon City Time, Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

Description of the Work: Assorted interior and exterior renovations and improvements.

Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

A site review meeting is Mandatory. Arrangements are to be made by the bidder with the Cumberland House Housing Authority Manager James Stewart at 1.306.888.4694. Contractors are to meet the manager at the Cumberland House Housing Authority Office on Cook Avenue. Once you enter Cumberland House, turn right on the 2nd street. There are no street signs or addresses. LSHA Housing Inspector Brad Sander at 1.306.961.1899 will be available by phone to answer questions regarding the Scopes of Work.

A house (separate from the scope of work) will be available for contractor accommodation as an option for the duration of the project. The expected completion date for the project is March 1, 2025.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
