Tender Call for Phase 1 Plumbing Replacement, Hallsholme Apartments, Lloydminster SK

Tenders for the plumbing replacement for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Central Standard Time, November 19, 2025.

Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

Description of the Work: Removal and replacement of all plumbing lines in a six-floor apartment building as per the attached scope of work.

Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Certified cheques and Irrevocable Letters of Credit will NOT be accepted.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on site on November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. All interested parties to meet at the front door at Hallsholme Apartments, 4510 49th Avenue, Lloydminster SK. Contractors must complete a site walk through to be eligible to submit a bid.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
