Tenant Space Proposal

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Cleveland will accept sealed Proposals for a food & beverage vendor to lease a tenant space in the future City Hall building at 44 Inman Street.    Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., EST, May 1, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE Cleveland, TN, 37311.    Any proposal received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

The City will host a voluntary walk-through at the construction site for interested parties on April 16, 2025, at 1:00 P.M., EST.  The site is located at 44 Inman Street, Cleveland, TN 37311.

Hard hats are required to be worn during the site visit and can be provided by the City if request is made prior to the meeting.

All Proposals must be sealed and plainly marked “TENANT SPACE PROPOSAL “and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention:  Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any/and or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
