Tenant Liaison Services

The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) is seeking proposals for a vendor to provide Tenant Liaison Services. Such services shall include, but not be limited to;

• Assist BPCA with the execution of tenant agreements related to property access, easement, and other related matters during the construction phase of BPCA’s Northwest Resiliency projects.
• Communicate with tenants and act as BPCA’s representative in condominium or co-op board meetings
