Ten, New, John Deere 6 125M Tractors Multiple locations

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife is soliciting bids to purchase ten (10) New John Deere 6M 125 Cab Tractors with Optional John Deere 620R Standard Farm Loader .  Each Tractor and Loader purchased must be spec’d according to the attached John Deere quote under Contract DOT20725-1.

Vendor must submit a bid for the equipment listed above with all the listed optional equipment and delivery charges included. An itemized quote for the above specified equipment with all optional equipment and trade-in equipment must be attached to the bid.

Vendor must also submit a bid for each of the trade in items listed below. If a vendor does not wish to submit a bid for a trade in, then place $0 in that line item. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest lot total to deliver all ten John Deere 6M 125 tractors with the optional equipment minus the total trade in value of the equipment listed below. Vendor will be responsible for all logistics involved with viewing, removing, transporting, hauling, and any other expenses associated with the trade in equipment. ODNR will make the trade in equipment available for viewing at the locations listed below between 03/26/2025 through 04/09/2025.
