Temporary Staffing Services RFQ

The City of Campbell (“City”) is announcing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Temporary Staffing Services to supply the City with high-quality, cost-effective, and professional candidates for operational support across the City’s departments and divisions. The City is looking for an agency to serve as its partner for the continuity of its temporary staffing needs and to assist in the streamlining of its current temporary staffing processes. Work will be authorized under a Temporary Staffing Services Agreement (“Agreement”) mutually agreed upon between the City and the respondent to the RFQ. This RFQ is the City’s first of its kind. In light of this, the Agreement is for a one-year period and a compensation amount not-to-exceed $100,000.
