Temporary Sanitation Field Labor

Project Description: The City of Dallas is requesting proposals for a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement to provide temporary day labor for the Department of Sanitation Services. The temporary day laborers will assist in the daily operations of collections and post-collections for sanitation as supplemental staff. This will be primarily for trash collection and disposal, but other actions will be included. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as-needed basis for the term of the agreement.
