25-02 Temporary Ferry Service

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by Whatcom County Purchasing at its Office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:

TEMPORARY FERRY SERVICE TO AND FROM LUMMI ISLAND

UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday April 22, 2025

At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.

Whatcom County Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing temporary ferry service to Lummi Island during emergencies and the annual maintenance outage of the Lummi Island ferry.
