Temporary/Contract Employment Services

As requested by the Human Resources Division (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Request for Proposal (hereinafter, “RFP”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Vendor(s) in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Scope of Work stated herein.

The County is seeking a Vendor to provide temporary staff to perform a variety of unskilled, semi-technical, and skilled work functions for various Divisions and Departments within the County.

Historically, County divisions/departments have spent approximately $9.8 million annually; however, this may not be indicative of future buying patterns.
