THIS MEETING WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Sealed proposals must be received and time-stamped in the Plan Room, Division of Property
Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, (PO Box 034) Trenton, NJ 08625 until 2:00
p.m. on March 26, 2026 for:
Single Bid (lump sum all trades)
Chiller / Generator Equipment Rental Vendors
All Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment Bonds are waived. Contractor Classification is waived.
The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. No bidder may withdraw its
bid for 60 calendar days after bid opening.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
